Big Foot Fourth of July Parade

The Greater Sister Lakes Area Business Association hosts the Bigfoot Fourth of July Parade at 5 p.m. at Lions Park, where it will travel to Sister Lake Elementary School. The units include decorate speedboats, recreational vehicle and tractors. The parade’s name comes from the reported Big Foot-type sightings that lured curious monster-hunters during the summer of 1964. Fireworks will be launched at dusk.
